Sam Hasler’s Summary

My name is Sam Hasler and I practice law in Anderson, Indiana and the surrounding areas.

I divide my practice into two broad areas. The first consists of personal matters such as family and consumer law. Otherwise, I concentrate in business law.

My business law practice includes corporate and limited liability company law, trade secrets, contracts, licensing issues, franchising, collections, and litigation. I know that legal costs are something small and medium sized business want to avoid and so I advocate a counseling relationship with my clients. By keeping my clients informed of legal issues, I try to prevent problems and keep down their costs.

I am always interested in expanding my client list and I am not mired in a specific area of Indiana. Since my business clients need to tend to their businesses, I am more than willing to travel to meet with my business clients.
