Orson is a restaurant, bar and lounge in San Francisco. Situated in a dramatic historic warehouse reminiscent of those found in Europe and New York with a 30-seat bar in the round and both social and intimate dining spaces, Orson's ingredient focused menu is rooted in traditional California cuisine and flirts a bit with the future. Innovative plates, specialties from the wood fired oven and house made delicacies are served along with inventive cocktails, unique and perfectly matched wines and of course desserts to die for.
Sabrina has been involved in the concept and design of Orson since its inception. She also works with the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and other local arts organizations, artists and galleries to spotlight emerging visual art as part of Orson's nightly video art program. Her fashion design house, Bind, is responsible for the sleek outfits of the Orson staff. She also oversees the development strategies for both Orson and Citizen Cake.
