My whole career has been tightly connected with operational and logistic area of business. Therefore I have acquired great experience within that field. So far I have worked on responsible tasks taking independent position within the organisation. I had the opportunity to work as a logistic manager for the following production and foreign trade companies: ASBIS PL, OPTIMUS S.A., GALLAHER POLSKA. I also used to be responsible for work of subordinated departments, e.g. transport department (internal and external), fleet managing, warehouses (finished goods, prefabricated products), distribution centre, custom department and administration, cooperation with 3PL, customs office. I would like to share my knowledge and experience with a company which could help me with my professional development. The experience gained so far could be very useful.
I have strong personality, I am self-motivated and self-driven. I possess good communication skills and I am able to manage efficiently organization of work. I am a responsible and well-organized person. I have good interpersonal skills and no difficulties in managing human resources in a well established work environment as well as during main organisational transition periods. In the projects and activities I have been managing searching for the most optimal and profitable solution has always been the ultimate goal. My knowledge of English is good enough to be able to communicate on everyday basis and write reports in this language. I also possess a good command of Russian, although it is easier for me to work in an English-speaking environment.
