I hold a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Solid State Electronics and Photonics. My interests include nanotechnology, semiconductors, and lasers. I also am interested in biomedical technology relating to photonics and lasers. I have working experience in the defense industry, primarily with radiation detection and circuits. My master's project was a model of the surface state density on GaAs nanowires, and how they affect the resistivity and other electrical properties.
