BA (Hons) , Media with Film Studies & Creative Writing , 2000 — 2003
3 glorious years were spent studying: Film, Advertising, Semiotics, Psychoanalysis, Feminism, Race and Gender, Images of Childhood, Science Fiction, Postmodernism, and Television. On the side I also dabbled in Creative Writing, whereby I produced Poetry, Prose, Screenplays, Fiction and Articles fit for the press. My dissertation was to assertain the answer to what is Postmodern Television? Where my chosen subjects were 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer' and 'Charmed'. The highlight of my study was producing two very distinct essays, one which studied the film 'Fight Club' using Psycoanalysis, and the other was examining race and gender in 'My Beautiful Launderette.'
I graduated in 2003 achieving a BA - with honours - in Media with Film Studies and Creative Writing.
