RONN HUTH – is an Exclusive Buyer’s Broker. He founded his company, Buyer’s Choice Realty in 1990. His primary office is now in Wenham, MA with satellite offices in Wakefield and North Andover. His educational background includes two Master’s degrees, one in theology and the other from Case University in Organizational Development. He holds numerous Realtor designations including ABR, CRS, GRI, ePRO and is certified as a Massachusetts Real Estate Instructor.
Ronn was part of a national Study Group which met in Chicago in the early ‘90s to help determine the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) future direction in Buyer Agency. He was chosen to the inaugural National Buyer Broker Hall of Fame in 2000 and is an instructor for the Buyer Agent Council of the NAR.
Ronn is a team instructor for the MCLE presenting the broker’s perspective in the two-day course “Real Estate Transactions in Massachusetts”. This course is team taught with a Buyer’s Attorney, Seller’s Attorney, Conveyance Attorney, and a Title Insurance Attorney.
Ronn won the 1997 Visionary Award from the Boston Banker and Tradesman, and was chosen North Shore’s 1998 Realtor of The Year. He is a past Director for the Mass Association of Realtors, and served several years on the state’s Agency Task Force.
Ronn was 2002 President of the North Shore Association of Realtors and past president of the Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents. He served on the board of directors of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. He is also an ordained minister and serves as a volunteer Assisting Pastor at Community Covenant Church in West Peabody.
The Huths have five adult children and ten grandkids, all living on Boston’s North Shore.

As the Boston North Shore Area Director of Young Life I worked closely with leadership from Gordon College and Gordon Conwell Seminary in ecumenical youth outreach programs to area high schools. I was also training director for new staff in New England.

Worked on Masters' Degree while working as Executive Director for the Cleveland Campus Life program. Also graduated with a degree in business management from Dyke College while in Cleveland (65-77) and started theological work at Ashland Theological Seminary which I later completed with course work at Fuller Theological and Gordon Conwell Seminary.
Family - With 5 adult children and 10 grandchildren all living in the area, my wife Bonnie and I spend a lot of time with family at local games and events. We love vacations on Martha's Vineyard with family. Church - I have served as a volunteer Assisting Pastor at Community Covenant Church in West Peabody since 1990. Trading - I trade options in the commodity market for fun and profit.
I was pleased to be chosen 1998 Realtor Of The Year among 1,400 members of the North Shore Association of Realtors. Among other awards, I received the 1997 Visionary Award from the Boston Banker Tradesman and was chosen from among 40,000 REBAC members for appointment to the inaugural National Buyer Broker Hall of Fame at the NAR meeting in San Francisco, 2000.
