Experienced in both agency management and corporate PR roles, Ron Antonette brings nearly two decades of communications experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, integrated promotions and partnerships, and special events programming for some of America’s best-known brands and packaged goods companies.
Throughout his public relations career, he has been involved in promoting family & parenting products and programs, including more than a decade as account lead for client Playmates Toys; agency and client roles for Mattel; launching Lego’s first learning-focused line; and projects for Amazon.com and The Walt Disney Company, among others.
Ron spent more than 14 years at GolinHarris Los Angeles where he was the senior manager on the agency’s national Nestlé and Mattel accounts, senior counsel to Hollywood's Ralph Edwards Productions, and led many of the agency's initiatives for Disney, including the launch of Disney's Go Network (go.com) and the opening of Disneyland's Tomorrowland. His teams also have earned PR industry awards for the launch of the Toyota Matrix, a campaign promoting used music CDs for Wherehouse Entertainment, and programs for Cold Stone Creamery, LEGO, Mattel, Pasadena Tournament of Roses, and Playmates Toys.
He also previously worked in-house at Mattel, where he led brand communications for the toy giant’s Hot Wheels, Entertainment, Games, and Tech properties; and at ConAgra Foods, where he developed integrated campaigns for the company’s shelf-stable brands.

Ron led corporate and consumer communications initiatives for FH Los Angeles clients, including product-focused public relations campaigns, developing strategic partnerships between client partners and organizations important to their target audiences, and managing outreach to tech journalists and bloggers. He managed launch efforts for a family entertainment start-up, provided counsel on environmental programs for a drinking water company and a national grocery chain, and led consumer tech, OEO and social media outreach and corporate PR programs for a global GPS manufacturer.
He served as co-chair of agency's global Consumer Marketing Communications practice group; and contributed to the national Food-Ag, Retail and FH Moms practice groups, and agency Writer's Guild.
