In 2001, we opened Conduit - A Music Club. This is a 459+ occupancy music venue with a top notch sound system and, two bars, a stage, VIP section and all the bells and whistles of nightclubs that one finds in New York City or Philadelphia. Located in Trenton NJ, across the street from the Sovereign Bank Arena, Conduit is one of the exciting new ventures that is leading the revitalization of Trenton. I have managed the conception and development of Conduit since 2001. I have also managed the day to day operation of Conduit, except for a one year period from May 2003 through April 2004 when I worked as a salesperson for Segal Commercial Real Estate.
Conduit is located inside of Trenton Makes.As one of the founders of Trenton Makes, I have been involved in the financing, development and creation of Trenton Makes, LLC. Trenton Makes is a 25,000 Square Foot complex full of artist studios, retail spaces and small business office suites.
