Learning on my own was and is always my part of professional life. Having experience with almost all verticals (Portal, AdAgency, AdNetwork) of Online Industry within 3 years is great experience in itself. Most of you might see it in negative sense and I take it as positive side to gain 360 degree view of online industry. Looking back at my experience with all 3 key verticals on online industry I feel proud of being involved as Operations Head at 'Ozone Media' India's first and leading Online AdNetwork during its forming days (to be precise I was first employee only after Founder :P ). Then short stint with WebChutney (most innovative and daring ad agency) as Media Planning Manager was an eye opener experience on how Agency functions. Post WebChutney, I was responsible for bringing Ammas.com (worlds first online QnA portal) to India. Right from setting up office to look for alliance and revenue sources was under my belt. I'll always remember this as most challenging task I have ever taken.

My Role: Campaign management and distribution across multiple publishers, Ad performance management and optimization, Accountability for month-on-month increase in eCPM for Publishers, implementing Yield Management Formulas to increase profitability for company, Work with Sales to optimize campaign performance and deliver results for advertisers. Tie-ups with prospective strategic partners (Publishers, ad-agencies, Advertisers, AdNetwork from different geographical areas). Develop and implement best practices for client interactions, Operations, Service and support. Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the department, and provide reports as needed. Execute special projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.

Responsible for fixing issues as well as interacting with engineering for Product issues. Coordinating between Process engineers from US and India team.
