Robin Craine’s Summary

I'm Rob Craine and I work in Film production.

I've been in the industry for the past 10 years, in Production roles on the Isle of Man. Credits include HOUND OF THE BAKSERVILLES, TALK TO ME, A BUNCH OF AMATEURS ( selected for the Royal Film Performance 2008) and THE DISAPPEARANCE OF ALICE CREED. During this time I developed a good relationship with Isle of Man Film, part of the Isle of Man Government's Department of Trade and Industry, and CinemaNX, the island's media funding entity. I have also worked with production companies in the UK, my credits including features based in the North West of England and South Wales.

I am now focusing on Associate Producing, with emphasis on the areas of conception, development / project consultation & evaluation, and funding exploration. In this respect I am currently assisting on a selection of projects and ventures, with both U.K. and U.S. associates, and I have a base, and partners, at Shepperton Film Studios.

Additionally I am developing a new project, with my screenwriter/PA friend Jen Govey (ex Pinewood Studios, UK) which plans to cater for the film industry in a very unique way, with launch intentions for 2009/2010.

I enjoy networking, particularly in the areas of media, cinema and television.
