Houston, Texas Area
I am an IT Director with 25+ years of experience, including 14+ years of broad-based IT operations management. Known as an analytical and creative problem solver with a focus on getting things done, I am comfortable working in start-up, rapidly growing, and established firms. Over the course of my career I have experienced and managed such rapid and transformational technology shifts as the widespread corporate adoption of the PC, the growth of corporate networks, client/server technologies, and the emerging Web 2.0 environment. I have a proven record of consistently improving project delivery times and service levels while reducing costs.
