Robert Fleming co-founded the eMarketing Association in 1999, with a vision of bringing Internet Marketers together to share ideas, processes and best practices. Today, the eMA enjoys the status of being the world's largest association of eMarketing professionals. Prior to founding the eMA, Mr. Fleming was Vice President of Business Development for the California Manufacturing Technology Center (CMTC). CMTC is a program of the United States Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Mr. Fleming has held senior management positions with Optical Radiation Corporation, the American Cancer Society, Adtech, Inc., The Standard Oil Company, and Pacific Freight Supply . He has received over 45 awards for marketing including 3 American Advertising Federation ADDY awards. He has spoken at many conferences and seminars including, the Aruba Tourist Bureau, Caterpillar Dealers Meeting, The United States Army, Ad:tech, DECCA, San Diego State University (SDSU), and many others. He is a Member of the Board of, the Center for Integrated Marketing Communications at San Diego State University, and Chairman at Universal Events Group. His work is on permanent exhibit at the United States Library of Congress Collection of excellent Corporate Communications. He attended Northeastern University in Boston. Mr. Fleming has held numerous seminars on marketing and been published in a variety of national and regional publications.
Robert lives in Rhode Island with his wife Cheryl and their 3 children.

Company grew three fold under my marketing direction. Developed strategic plans, budget forecasts and departmental metrics. This was an amazing place to work, cutting edge process improvement and business process. A lot of travel, and met some great people there. Reported to the CEO (David Braunstein), great guy with massive experience in management, learned quite a bit from this position.

We manufactured everyrthing from eyeglasses and medical implants and pharma, to motion picture projectors and sound systems. Learned a massive amount here, about business, manufacturing, and marketing to vertical groups. Reported to the president/CEO who was a fantastic manager.
