I'm a computer scientist who is interested in machine learning, a branch of artificial intelligence, that is concerned with machines learning from data and experience. I'm often inspired by the works and ideas of Andrew Ng, Christopher Bishop and Marvin Minsky.

Activities and Societies: Junior Varsity Football
1) Aided with setup of Linux environment to provide personal login accounts for students
2) Help implement a system to provide remote access for students at the college
1) Discuss assigned duties with professors in order to coordinate instructional efforts.
2) Present subject matter to students under the direction and guidance of professors, using lectures, discussions and other methods.
3) Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups in order to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by professors.

Cuny Satellite Project–
CUNYSAT-1, the first satellite of the CUNYSAT program, designed and built at MEC, and launched on December, 2013 as part of NASA’s ElaNa II/GEMSAT mission. The CUNYSAT-1, a class of cube-shaped research nanosatellites called CubeSats traditionally launched as a part of larger NASA missions, will be monitoring satellite spin and battery and solar panel efficiencies. CUNYSAT-1 is a 1U CubeSat following the form factor developed by Stanford University and California Polytechnic University. MEC students and faculty are proud to be the home of CUNY’s first satellite. CUNYSAT-1 has already been launched from Vandenberg Air force Base in California.
