    - Worked with Program Managemenet to reduce the development cycle for consumer software from almost a year to only 3 months.

    - Authored several patent submissions -- including one for a mobile media manager

    - Played a major role in the creation of the “Works with TwonkyMedia” testing and certification program.

    Made changes to our most popular line of desktops that resulted in a month over month unit growth of 86% and margin dollar growth of 115%.

    Responsible for dramatic product line simplification that resulted in a 57% reduction in the number of desktops, improved customer experience and significant operational savings.

    Helped successfully launch more than 150 desktop PCs. Worked closely with our Supply Planning group to achieve some of the cleanest product transitions in the history of the company.

    Helped the Digital Solutions group achieve year-over-year revenue growth of 269% and produce almost $100M in revenue in a single quarter.

    Launched more than a hundred unique products and services – including Gateway Digital Cameras, Gateway's MP3 Jukebox, the Gateway Rhapsody Music Service and Gateway Music Vault – an innovative, industry-first program that preloaded thousands of songs on every Gateway PC.

    Made changes to Gateway’s line of gaming PCs that resulted in a 120% increase in sales. Represented Gateway on all Consumer Desktop and gaming-related media coverage.

    Cantametrix

    Cantametrix was a pioneer in audio fingerprinting and music recognition technologies. Although they ran out of money shortly after the .com crash, the technology we created was acquired by Gracenote and lives on today in many products including Apple's iTunes where it's used for their Genius playlists.

    - Worked with the worlds’ largest music publisher to create a system for tracking and enforcement of music licenses. As a result of this work, Cantametrix was a selected as a technology provider by both EMI Publishing and EMI Records.

    - Managed the launch of Cantametrix’s million song fingerprint database.

    - Key contributor to the RIAA’s RFI for audio fingerprinting technologies.

    - Managed Gracenote technical due diligence of Cantametrix technologies that resulted in a signed contract (and later acquisition) between the two companies.

    - Responsible for creation of all product requirement documents for the MusicDNA Client, Cantametrix SDK and Cantametrix Data Interchange.

    Designed and helped create product and technology demonstrations that helped the company raise more than $200M in financing and go public on the NASDAQ exchange.

    Served as program manager of the team that launched commercial digital music downloads for BMG, EMI and Warner Bros. Records.

    Responsible for the creation of detailed market requirement documents for the first four major releases of the Liquid Music Player and Liquifier authoring software. Managed the entire product life cycle for many of Liquid Audio’s most successful products.

    Supported our Sales group by creating an Intranet site containing product demos, FAQs, White Papers, product literature and competitive summaries.

    Worked closely with corporate marketing to develop key product positioning, packaging, data sheets and other marketing materials.

    Avid Technology/digidesign

    Helped establish Avid’s audio and video editing systems as the standard for both film and television post production. Product manager of AudioVision which was the first digital audio workstation with integrated digital video playback, ADR recording and compatibility with the Avid Media Composer. Helped place Avid audio products in top Hollywood post- production facilities including 20th Century Fox, ABC, NBC, Disney, Lucasfilm, Sony Pictures and Universal.

    Managed all Avid West Coast Application Editors and the AudioVision Assistant Product Manager. Market Manager for all Digidesign post-production products (AudioVision, Post Conform, USD and Post View).

    Responsible for the creation of all AudioVision product requirement documents, business plans and product collateral. Key presenter at trade shows and company-wide sales events.
