After completing my M.Sc. in Computer and Human Vision, I went to work in an medical imaging research lab as a system admin, contract programmer and project manager.
After 2 years there I moved to the User Centered Design group at IBM Canada where I've been since 2001 providing usability and user research leadership and advocacy for various portfolios, including Business Process Management and the Watchfire Security suite.
Outside of work, I'm very active in the Jewish community, currently serving as Vice President of my synagogue.

Since May of 2008, I have been working as the User Experience and User Research lead for the Rational AppScan portfolio, helping to shape a customer driven development process across the organization.
