I have managed AEC Design & Construction Teams; and have of course done the design/drafting/model building/illustration things. Now we do most of this in the computer and I am designing fantasy projects with BIM preparing to take it mainstream.
WHERE: Almost anywhere in the world...advising you and helping you make decisions that will keep your project and the Design/Build Team under control. Current passport.
WHEN; In an emergency I may be available to go to your site within a few days notice...staying as needed within the terms of our agreement.

commerical design and construction consulting, historic preservation consulting, real estate development and planning consulting, "green" building and alternative energy technology options...staying up-to-date in all of these areas. At my place we have a rainwater catchment system in place, use passive solar in my home, garden organically and lead a pretty healthy lifestyle. Still have a passion for swimming, sailing and old 500sl's. Currently developing my own Hydrogen Fuel System for my vehicles...and researching Electric Vehicle conversions(did you know you can buy a conversion kit that is proven for less than $7000?)
