Reporting into the VP of the Interative Entertainment Division in EMEA, my role ensures that the Xbox business in EMEA is on track to hit our long term and short term goals. Driving the 3 year strategy for the Xbox business in EMEA with the Leadership team, and ensuring all important decisions for EMEA are insight driven, plus recommending the key choices for the business, I ensure that the business is making the right decisions for success. On top of this my team and I are responsible for reporting on the business, analyst relations, marketing and product research and planning the Rythym of the Business. I am also on the Board of the ISFE (International Software Federation for Europe which manages the PEGI age ratings for games, and promotes gaming across the continent.
