Dexia Insurance Belgium is the Belgian insurance branch of the Dexia Group. It offers high quality products to its customers via three channels: its network of Dexia bank agencies, a network of independant counselors (Les Assurances Populaires / De Volksverzekeringen), and direct insurance (Corona Direct).
Renaud acted as a coach for Middle Managers, supporting them in the application of the Dexia Project Management Methodology, with a focus on Change Management (bringing the attention on awareness, training and support).
He also designed 'as is' and 'to be' processes on the basis of interviews and workshops, and redacted a first version of a Change Management Manual for Dexia.

Shéhérazade Développement is editing, selling and maintaining ARNO HR, a software package for People Management. Its customers belong for one third to the Public Sector, one third to the Private Sector and a last third to the Hospital Sector.
Renaud started as an Analyst Trainer. His mission was to deliver trainings for the existing modules, and collect reuqirements for new functionalities (training management, competence management and career management).
He evolved towards a Technical Commercial role, staying the SPOC for a certain number of large accounts, while delivering global demos of ARNO HR to prospects, as well as demos of new functionalities of ARNO HR to existing customers.
