Research and ongoing study of Aging Demographics. As an international project, researched “public funded” healthcare systems in Europe, including the financial costs associated with national health systems and comparative measurable population outcomes. A brief environmental scan provided perspectives from parties such as thought leadership, policy makers, healthcare providers and consumers. The work resulted in a book “If I Were An Only Child”, speaking engagements and consulting on healthcare “client experience” issues.
