Ray Jackson is a seasoned leader and accomplished educator, with a master’s degree in education and 15 years success handling diverse challenges in organizational learning and transformation. Early in his career, he played professional basketball and then became a teacher before entering the corporate world. As an experienced and innovative change agent, Ray calls on his education background and has become one of the leading corporate authorities in the emerging field of "case-in-point" or “conversational“ learning (Parks, 2005; Kolb, 2003). Ideal for leadership development and transformative education programs, he utilized this unique and powerful learning methodology from 1999-2005, creating the Unisys University Leadership School curriculum to specifically support CEO Lawrence Weinbach's cultural change initiative. Over 2,500 managers worldwide attended at least one of these compelling (and voluntary), programs, with unprecedented results. Regarding his classroom effectiveness, one senior HR executive referred to Ray's ability as “masterful and brilliant… unsurpassed” after participating in a five-day program.

Ray was featured in Business Week magazine and the American TV show Business Now for his work integrating online learning communities and leadership curriculum design. His leadership programs have been consistently rated excellent from participants around the world, and he has spoken at colleges and conferences, as well as participating in think-tanks and panel discussions.
