Developed and managed all software development for all of HDI’s line of proprietary products including 900MHz wireless headsets, three generations of corded headset amplifiers, next generation wireless products (2.4GHz digital, Bluetooth, AURA magnetic transceiver), and improved and maintained HDI’s existing product lines. Recruited and managed several SW consultants and full time employees. Was co-inventor and architect of HDI’s next generation universal PBX interface technology which enabled a plug and play method for interfacing to most any PBX’es line interface. Was the lead developer and architect of a complex mixed signal ASIC to handle the analog front end requirements. Invented many novel algorithms and techniques for auto configuration and discovery that were the basis of several patent applications and core intellectual property. Was also heavily involved with business and technology acquisition and development, as well as contract negotiations.
