Environmental program manager for a multi-billion dollar ethylene cracker construction project in Baytown, Texas. Oversee all environmental aspects including: solid wastes; permitting; stormwater; air emissions and water discharges; auger cast pile drilling; and, concrete batch plant.

Prepared and implemented Environmental and Solid Waste Management Plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plans.
