Most of my working expertise I received in telecom industry working mostly for Vodafone Czech Republic in area of businss requirements analysis and software design of networked applications. Started career as a software programmer in Java area through position as a lead programmer and team leader managing technical architecture and human resources (up to 10 people including offshored development centre) for respective application portfolio.
