Redhill, United Kingdom
Specialist in complex public sector programmes, especially involving business change across organisational boundaries.
Paul works at a senior level: shaping complex issues, defining long-term management strategies and making sure he leaves things in a far better place than he found them.
His most recent role was Interim Head of Strategic Proposition for Directgov. Here he reshaped the development priorities and planning for government’s e-channels to the citizen: a demanding role touching every area of government's interaction with the citizen – across multiple channels.
Paul is noted by his clients for his strong communication skills in all media, and for his unusually broad experience across the public sector, having worked with most government departments, a number of agencies and NDPBs, extensively across the MOD, and within local government.
He relishes public service innovation, and his own contributions include one of the winning entries for the Cabinet Office "Show Us A Better Way" competition in 2008.
