My passion is to create environments where people thrive, using my gifts for leadership, teaching, marketing, and administration. I bring five and a half years collegiate teaching experience, and nearly three years leading leaders of a small group network with 90% church participation. I have administrative experience in higher education and financial aid, and I am experienced in mass communication and public speaking, to teach and to cast vision. In all of these areas I have used or introduced technology for increased effectiveness.
