I have been working for Oil & Gas offshore facilities national and multinational project for 5 years. My first career was instrument engineer at engineering services company for a year and then I joined pre-commissioning and commissioning work of instrumentation and automation with multinational company for several multinational world class project. My technical experience summary as below:
- Instructor of Process Control and DCS training in Instrumentation System Laboratory - ITB Bandung.
- Design instrument specification, data sheet, and installation drawing.
- Pre-installation calibration of instrument and de-energized instrument cable and tube line test.
- Inspection coordinator of instrumentation and control construction work to bring the system on mechanical completion status.
- Function test on energize state all individual transmitter, control valve, on-off valve, SDV, BDV, Fire & Gas, and HVAC Damper. This including verification conventional I/O, HART, and Foundation Fieldbus.
- Running the system 'live' and verify the function of instrumentation and control in integrated system to make sure the performace of Process Control System and Safety Instrumented System.
- Coordinate the official acceptance Dossier of Project Completion.
