• Ensure payments & checks are prepared with their supporting invoices.

• Track all expenses and assign the monthly accruals taken for cost centers, projects, marketing
promotions and other corporate activities.
• Control the Aging of clients' & suppliers' accounts.
• Calculate, prepare and declare VAT, NSSF and Income tax as per the legal requirements.
• Prepare monthly payroll for employees.
• Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for resigning employees.
• Prepare and present bank and FF&E Reconciliations periodically.
• Perform the End of Month Closing and finalize the departmental P&L
• Assist in the proposal and preparation of the Annual Budget.
• Supervise the work of the Account Receivable, Income Auditor, Account Payable, Cost Controller
and the General Cashier.
• Assist in major local and regional Management decisions.
• Handle data migration from Fidelio to Opera in the Finance and Front Office departments.
• Proactively implement solutions to complaints of suppliers, guests and companies.

Manager on Duty Tasks: (Afternoon Duty / Weekend Duty):

• Promptly fulfill guest requests and anticipate guest needs.
• Take action to resolve guest complaints.
• Maximize the hotel's ability to meet, serve and anticipate guests' needs.
• Communicate and cooperate with all other departments.
• Verify that the rooms provide the expected comfort and amenities.
• Welcome VIP guests and extend the needed courtesy.
