•Cluster Computing: Implemented Map-Reduce framework (a parallel computation system) on High Performance Computing Cluster using Network programming (sockets) & processes (fork) & UNIX development tools.
•Spatial Database Project: Designed and Implemented an Object Relational Database (Oracle 10g) with spatial data types. Designed a GUI in Java to query the Spatial DB.
•Network Programming: Implemented a peer to peer file sharing application using UNIX Network. Programming in C. The design included a registration server and file sharing clients.
•Website Development: Designed and Developed a shopping website using JavaScript, JSP and web services. A valid user can select products from different manufacturers and add them to his shopping cart.
•Data Compression using Huffman coding (Project Manager): Designed and Implemented program codes for compressing and decompressing the text data according to the Huffman codes using ‘C’ programming.
