Neerav Sood’s Summary
As the Assistant Product Manager my responsibilities included developing marketing insights into new markets by conducting and analyzing market research. I was assisted in data collection by a five member team. The data analysis was utilized to identify market segments, target customers and potential partners in two cosmopolitan cities Delhi & Mumbai. Also competitor analysis was carried out to improvise the company’s marketing strategies. Also a number of retailers and wholesalers were identified to form the supply chain of the company in the aforementioned cities.
I was also appointed as a Mentor and Trainer of new trainees who joined the organization and was responsible for their on-the-job training which included target achievement techniques, customer relationship management and consumer training.
Currently doing a summer internship in Strategy & Finance in Omaxe.
Short Term goals include working in corporate world for a few years before moving onto Strategic Consultancy in the same sector.

Neerav Sood’s Honors:
Won Second Prize for scripting a play at an Inter-School Competition.
Won many prizes in Quizzing at Inter-class, Inter-faculty and Inter-school Levels.
Active participation in Sports at school and college level.
Was recognized among the top 50 contestants in the "THINK SIMPLE CONTEST" – a National level contest organized by Phillips in 2007 where I submitted an idea for the conversion of Biogas into LPG as an alternate fuel option.
Appointed to the Placement Committee 2004-2005 of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Jamia Hamdard University, Delhi.
Was appointed the Discipline In-charge on the School Students’ Prefectorial Council.
Was the President of Quizzing Club in school and led my team to win many prizes in Inter School Competitions.
Was part of the editorial team in school as well as colleges for the in house magazine
Convenor of Management Fest Organizing committee in MIB, Delhi School of Economics (to be held on 24th, 25th January 2009)
