Nandita Saikia’s Summary
I focus on non-contentious IP stategy, management and protection primarily through various contracts.
In addition to this, I have had three books published: 'A Post-Copyright World', 'Business Communication' and 'Indian Women: A Socio-Legal Perspective', and have contributed to a number of anthologies and other publications on subjects ranging from violence to education.
My experience encompasses work as a litigator, journalist, editor, website content co-ordinator, as the Content Manager of the Indian National Campaign for the Youth Caucus of the UN's WSIS, and as a guest lecturer of music history.
