I played multiple roles in this work area. Instead of being as Senior Officer of Customs , I also managed my self to involve in Information Technology (IT). I developed a simple software for office automation in Royal Malaysian Customs, State of Perlis. I am the webmaster of RMCD of Perlis and Kedah located at http://www.kastamperlis.gov.my and http://customskedah.gov.my, for a long time. It gives a valuable experience and knowledge related to IT Management and I can collaborate with my cyber friends. I am the first webmaster in Royal Malaysian Customs who developed a Portal using CMS Joomla as a web-framework.
