I have supported and collaborated on mapping and web projects with a wide range of partners, from government institutions (UNDP, UN INSTRAW, USGS, NASA and European Commission) to companies (Nestoria, Ning, MetaCarta and SiteMeter) to individual webloggers, artists and open source projects.

I have presented at Where 2.0, UN Web4Dev, XTech 2006, BlogTalk 2, FOSS4G, Open Source Geospatial 2005 and ALife X conferences. And contributed articles to several books in the O'Reilly Hacks Series (Mapping Hacks, Yahoo Hacks), as well as published on the O'Reilly Network and GeoConnexion Magazine.

With Andrew Turner, I'm founder of Mapufacture. Mapufacture has been a long running side project, now bootstrapping into a business. We already have a significant service at http://mapufacture.com/, and are making many plans and code checkins to "help build the geospatial web".

Andrew and I continue to do contracting and consulting on all matter of web mapping and social web tools, and feed these experiences into improving Mapufacture.

Please get in touch if you have any ideas and interest in Mapufacture, or for any other interesting opportunities in general.
