    I was brought into IBM to provide information architecture, interaction and visual design to the Lotus Forms and Lotus Forms Turbo products.
    • Lotus Forms is an Eclipse based developer tool for the creation of data collection XFDL forms.
    o I designed the user experience for the upcoming Formlet (fragment) feature. This effort involved wireframing, and visual design
    • Lotus Forms Turbo is a web based “light” tool for the creation and distribution of data collection XFDL forms and viewing of data collected through those forms.
    o Designed and delivered “next step” vision work for the Lotus Forms Turbo product.
    • Served as a resource for the user experience for the Lotus Forms Turbo functional insertion into IBM’s Bluehouse platform.
    • Designed the user experience for Forms Iwidgets for the IBM mashups platform.
    • Designed and created examples of forms products for the “Magnificent Seven” collection of marketing and sales materials.

    • Lead Developer and GUI Analyst for following internal c2it initiatives: International Enrollment, c2it /Banamex integration, Paylink India and Enrollment of Charities.
    • Lead Developer and GUI Analyst for Microsoft Money project that created a seamless integration of select features of c2it service into MSN passport wallet.
    • Lead Developer and GUI Analyst for creation of technical flow diagram that maps relationships between legacy systems, backend, middleware, help desk, and display layer.

    • Moved business to larger space and redesigned workspace for efficiency and ergonomics. Maintained all presses and equipment.

    • Supervised a crew of seven in fast paced, high volume screenprint shop.
    • Direct printed with plastisol, vinyl, and waterbased inks.
    • Trained new employees. Maintained automatic and manual presses, one M&R Gauntlet Revolver 8 color (Pneumatic), one Atlas All-over Press one color (pneumatic), and one 6-color Arrow multiprinter (direct drive).
    • Manual presses were one 6 color M&R Blue Max2, two SPEC 6 color presses, and one 2 color cap press.
    • Involved in Graphic design work. Was responsible for research and development of innovative screenprinting techniques, (true process on darks, simulated process, discharge waterbased inks, foil transfers, simulated embroidery, all-over printing, flock printing, and combination processes). Moved business to larger location and redesigned work space for greater productivity
