• Lotus Forms Turbo is a web based “light” tool for the creation and distribution of data collection XFDL forms and viewing of data collected through those forms.
o Designed and delivered “next step” vision work for the Lotus Forms Turbo product.
• Served as a resource for the user experience for the Lotus Forms Turbo functional insertion into IBM’s Bluehouse platform.
• Designed the user experience for Forms Iwidgets for the IBM mashups platform.

• Trained new employees. Maintained automatic and manual presses, one M&R Gauntlet Revolver 8 color (Pneumatic), one Atlas All-over Press one color (pneumatic), and one 6-color Arrow multiprinter (direct drive).
• Manual presses were one 6 color M&R Blue Max2, two SPEC 6 color presses, and one 2 color cap press.
• Involved in Graphic design work. Was responsible for research and development of innovative screenprinting techniques, (true process on darks, simulated process, discharge waterbased inks, foil transfers, simulated embroidery, all-over printing, flock printing, and combination processes). Moved business to larger location and redesigned work space for greater productivity
