Mike Klanac’s Summary

In my job at Datatel as a Consultant I'm tasked with leading large scale software implementations at Higher Education Institutions. Managing 10 - 12 clients at a time, I work to introduce, spec, & train the school throughout 6 - 12 months of regular communication and onsite consultation, culminating with a Go-Live launch.

Any other available time is spent improving the usability of our software by providing feedback from our clients and suggestions from my own knowledge of interface design, while working in close conjunction with our User Interface team and Business Analysts.

Ultimately my main goals are to be happy and enjoy my work, and at the same time develop and maintain the respect of my co-workers by working hard, and focusing on pragmatic solutions.
