Managed, trained, tactically employed, and streamlined a
joint 115 personnel Provincial Reconstruction Team
consisting of U. S. Department of State, U.S.
Agency for International Development, U.S.
Department of Agriculture, National Guard, Air Force and Army personnel.
• Planned and executed over nine hundred individual
missions, six hundred convoys, and $89.5 million worth of
projects over a nine month period.
Completed all projects on time and within
budget recognized by executive level supervisor.
• Coordinated, synchronized and integrated operations among
conventional forces, special operations units, and other
government agency units significantly
increasing productivity by more than 30 % earning a Bronze Star.

Managed $6 million budget and in excess of 100 personnel
responsible for over 115 Army acquisitions projects
involving the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS).

Directorate including oversight of personnel, budget,
supply, automation, security, and individual
training increasing productivity and decreasing down time.
• Delivered all projects on time and within budget during tenure.
