▫ Developed a tool to predict the change in skyglow over a city, anticipating 7% to 14% reductions.
▫ Established a process to apply mesopic light adjustments to traditional photopic lighting calculations for implementation by city planning staff.

California Title 24 Research and Code Revision Projects. Developed procedures to defensibly calculate and establish exterior Lighting Power Allowances for the 2008 revision cycle. Created the basic infrastructure of LPA measurement and calculation in the current document.
