As a group fitness leader at the Butler University Health and Recreation Center (HRC), I lead, instruct and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities. Furthermore, I am responsible for conducting group exercise sessions that include aerobic exercise, stretching,muscle conditioning and cardiovascular conditioning. I am also responsible ensuring that classes are motivating, safe and challenging, yet not too difficult for the participants.
