Mr. Doerr is the President and CEO of Air2Air Corporation which provides Air Charter / Air Taxi service utilizing fast, efficient six seat Piper Seneca aircraft for short range destinations, typically 500 miles or less. Air2Air is initially based in the San Diego area with an expansion plan that should place it in the Los Angeles Basin, Las Vegas and Phoenix markets within a year. Mr. Doerr is a qualified Captain on the Airbus A-320 and has accumulated over 13,000 flight hours operating various aircraft in military, civilian, and commercial environments including the F4, F-14, F-18, DC-9, B-727, DC-10, B-747, and A-320.
Mr. Doerr is also the former Managing Member of Bootstrap Ventures LLC, a very small venture support firm, and President of Aimstar Corporation directing the development of automated planning, routing, scheduling, and logistics software systems for complex radar cross section aircraft such as the B-2.
Mr. Doerr has provided engineering, planning, product R&D, and management assistance to various firms.
Vice President of Hexstar, Inc., General Manager of the Inland Division of Hexstar, managing the custom plastic injection molding facility producing thermoplastic and thermoset plastic and composite parts and custom molds for the electronics and aerospace industries.
Prior to Aimstar, Mr. Doerr's manufacturing experience and expertise supported Titan System's ManTech programs and Titan’s acquisition of Manufacturing firms.
