Worked closely with CFO and hiring managers from New York and London to fill business development and trading industry specific needs abroad while working virtual. Utilized AIRS Recruitment Training, cold calling, social networking events, referrals, job fairs and job boards to locate qualified candidates who were then maintained in an Oracle database. Absolutely demolished quota prior to company-wide reduction in the workforce.
