As a former Accountant, I have enjoyed 13+ years in the field learning in some of the best enviornments. I have 7 years in the Waste Service Industry - there's a whole lot to account for from the moment your trash is placed in one of the company containers and then buried at the landfill - simply amazing!

I also worked 4+ years in the IT field with a company that sold computer services to the government, cities, towns and municipalites. A few of the services our company helped pioneer are the Amber Alert System and NOAA Nexrad Radar, not to mention the fun testing that was done while trying to perfect the "blow box". Never a dull moment. Great learning experience as it was a startup company, so everything was developed from scratch with tons of research and mentors to help along the way.

I have had the need to expand my horizions and branch out to learn a new industry and start a different career. For the past 4-5 years, I have dabbled in Real Estate Investing and have become enthralled in the passion it evokes. That's why I made the move.
