After managing my HOA complex in San Jose for 5 years and finding it was something I enjoyed, I moved to the Central Valley where I built a Property Management business in Merced County (due east from San Jose over the Mt. Hamilton range). After managing for other owners approximately 100 single family homes, with a few small apartment complexes, I have moved on to create my own real estate business.
My specialty is finding good, qualified tenants for single family homes. I educate, negotiate and work with your tenant in order to provide the best security and care for your investment property.

After managing a property management business for four years, Randy and I decided that circumstances are pushing us in the direction of opening our own real estate business. I have managed an average of 100 single family homes for other owners with a few small apartment complexes. I have 95% occupancy and excellent customer service for owners and tenants.
I'm looking forward to taking this business venture idea to the next level, and although we have a little bit of re-building to do, we are looking forward to the next level of "angels" which whom to work.
