The focus of this work was on the commission of fraud through ecommerce channels.

As a Senior Fraud Risk Consultant, I conducted Fraud Control Planning evaluations across the Australian Taxation Office. The purpose of these evaluations was to identify systemic vulnerabilities in business processes and IT systems across the organisation.
In 2005, I was awarded a Certificate of Excellence for designing and implementing a new fraud control process based upon ASIO's T4 model of risk assessment. In 2006, my team was awarded the SAS Industry Award in Fraud Control Excellence.
