I'm the lead technologist in Bank of America's Enterprise Learning team. I’m responsible for templates, technology, R&D and troubleshooting for web-based courses in EL and enterprise wide. I create templates, create multimedia interactions, make all of the “techy” pieces fit together, I need to understand tech requirements from end to end for one of our deliverables. I work with our off-shore vendors as well as local vendors to communicate our requirements and help them address issues that cause courses to fail in our environment. But after all of that, I'm still a Flash developer at heart.
