I have 15 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. I started as a recruiter while completing my degree at Baldwin-Wallace College. From there, I moved in to a Senior Recruiter role and was quickly identified to be a part of my company's management training program. After a relocation to Florida from the Cleveland/Akron market I was promoted to a multi-branch manager with Manpower Services. I worked with the Franchise owner closely to identify new business and ensure our ISO-9000 compliance. I moved on to Volt Services Group, where I managed a branch in Maitland, Fl and an on-site program in Lake Mary, FL. While with Volt I was a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Candidate, and completed Spin Selling and Strategic Selling training.
I currently manage the Bellevue and Kent branches in the Seattle, WA market with Northwest Staffing Resources. Personal life circumstances brought me across country to this beautiful state!
