For over 12 years Mark has worked almost exclusively in his specialties of Portal Technologies and Content Management Systems, responsible over the entire life cycle of massive, cutting-edge web-based Enterprise Information Management applications for Fortune 500 clients and notable professional associations.
As a Principal (partner) in several leading IT consulting firms, Mark has served as portal expert, project manager, solution architect, data architect and lead developer on numerous local, regional and nation-wide enterprise portal deployments. He is a regular presenter at local and regional Knowledge Management conferences, and is a recognized expert on the topics of Enterprise Portals & Deployment Methodologies, Self-organizing/Auto-classifying Enterprise Data Collections, and Knowledge Management Best Practices.
Mark is currently pursuing his PhD in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence in Speech Recognition Systems). At Kennedy Western University, San Diego, CA.
Mark's passion includes entrepreneurial ventures, with current endeavors including consumer product innovations, homeland security, and education. He & his identical twin brother Michael recently founded their own (second) NFP consulting firm in order to pursue these ventures.
