    In my current role within the Community Relations and Marketing Services department, I serve as an account manager with responsibility for the delivery of marketing services to specific business units throughout the College.

    AUGUST 1998 – JULY 2005
    Director of Online Communications and Part-time Instructor
    As a member of the Community Relations and Marketing Services Department, I managed content and presentation issues for CPCC’s non-instructional internet and intranet web sites.
    Specific responsibilities included: devising online marketing/ communication strategies; developing a strategic online marketing plan; creating and managing information architecture and interface design; maintaining mission-critical online content; creating and managing the College’s Web Ambassador training program; and developing multimedia web applications in conjunction with CPCC's Information Technology Services department.
    As a part-time instructor, I served as an instructor and course developer for CPCC's Corporate and Continuing Education department and Information Technologies division.

    SEPTEMBER 1994 – AUGUST 1998
    Multimedia Specialist and Instructor
    As a Multimedia Specialist, I provided marketing, design and publication expertise to the staff of CPCC Corporate & Continuing Education.
    Specific responsibilities included: developing, implementing and managing marketing strategies; creating marketing collateral; and maintaining a departmental web site.
    In addition, I served as an instructor and course developer for a wide variety of desktop computer classes. Specific classes included Website Design (Beginning and Advanced), FrontPage 98/2000, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe PageMill/GoLive, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Internet for Teachers, World Wide Web overview, ClarisWorks, Introduction to the Macintosh, PageMaker, and QuarkXPress.
