  I worked for Olympic Holidays in Greece and then moved to Majorca in Spain in 1995 and worked as an Overseas Representative in the resorts of Santa Ponsa, Palma Nova and lived in Paguera. I helped train the new resort reps and assisted with my manager in resort and the Airport Controller in Palma Airport on flight days. I was also the main Hospital Rep for Unijet.

  I worked as an English Teacher, helping to design courses for children as well as the Police, Palma Airport, Bank Directors and Ikea. I was based at their centre in Palma, but travelled around to teach independently.
