In this role, responsible for bid and proposal efforts, through program award and execution, to possibly include Contractor Logistics support (CLS). Single point of contact with primes and other subcontractors on major modification programs for the aircraft sale and Group A modifications. Currently am leading team activity on Aerial Common Sensor (ACS) program, in pursuit of a major US Army Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaisance (ISR) program. Involved in price to win targets, teaming agreements, response to RFPs, WBS development, PBS and SOWs and pricing exercises. Close coordination with our organization's Washington DC Sales Office and Capture Lead during B&P process.

    Day-to-day management of C-37B (G550) Acquisitions and Deliveries to the US Government. Included responsibility of process from sale to the Government, through production and completion specification review and approval, "green" aircraft production, Final Phase, delivery, and Entry-Into-Service. Also responsible for resolution of delivery exceptions. Participated in Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) planning provisioning, along with manuals, publications, training, CDRLS, and configuration requirements. Delivered one C-37B (G550) to US Navy (3Q06). Most recent aircraft delivery was a June 2008 delivery of a C-37B (G550) to the USAF, currently stationed at Andrews Air Force Base. Contracted value of these aircraft were $43M and $45M respectively.

    In 2008, completed and delivered a modified GIII on time and under budget ($10.4 million) for the US Air Force, which is being used as a communications test platform in addition to providing worldwide DV/VIP airlift capabilities.

Supported the Program office in reliability issues; customer and/or technical issues. Interfaced with customers as required. Provided inputs to Contracts regarding warranty concessions; other commercial requirements. Involved in Corporate Care contracts for both civil and military programs. Appointed GV/GV-SP Electronic Engine Controller (EEC) "owner" for monitoring and reporting of FADEC reliability and current product improvement packages. Supervised Associate Buyer's activities.

Handled EGPWS and GATM proposals. Coordinated and presented to GAC senior management periodic reports and results of various technical engineering efforts. Worked directly within a multi-disciplined unit to accomplish mutual corporate, team and program goals and objectives.
