Organizations are best viewed from a “systems” perspective and in that context, a relentless and never-ending process of learning is the decisive dynamic of organizational behavior. The first responsibility of organizational leadership is to harness this dynamic and put it to work. Over a course of 30 years, Marc has served over 50 organizations, large and small. During the late ’80’s and early ’90’s he became a student of Dr. W. E. Deming. Dr. Deming’s ideas and mentoring have informed and profoundly influenced Marc’s vision, aims, and methods.
