    • Instrumental in successful migration from SharePoint 2003 to SharePoint 2007. Migrated over 2.7 TB of information, 14,000 teamsites and 145,000 users, working long hours to complete initiative. Exceeded expectations by delivering project 3 weeks ahead of projected schedule.

    • Spearheaded project to design, test and implement a Web 2.0-like system using open-source content management system Joomla, projected to save $1.5M in annual license costs. Initiated project with limited hardware and no formal direction, developing a pilot with over 1000 virally-added users. Achieved a secure, safe and stable Web 2.0 networking in-house environment by selecting the right system out of 187 different CMS environments and carefully adding components.

    • Produced 15 SharePoint step-by-step instructional videos videos from scratch that reduced Helpdesk calls over 20%.

    • Installed effective antivirus protection on SharePoint using TrendMico Portal Protect. Dramatically reduced anti-virus activity and site-wide license costs.
